I had a rough time using dbg.org, honestly. The site was confusing right from the start, and I kept clicking around trying to figure out where things were. Maybe I missed something, but there just wasn’t clear help when I actually needed it. I sent a message, got a reply back, but it didn’t really answer what I asked. So then I was back to being stuck again. I’m sure it might work fine for some people, but for me it felt more annoying than useful and not really worth the time.

I was already in a bit of a tired mood when I tried to pay on dbg.org, and the checkout process made it worse. There just weren’t many payment options, and the ones available didn’t really work for me. I don’t want to have to create extra accounts just to pay for something. I ended up giving up, which was frustrating

I had to wait way too long to hear back from customer service, and when they finally replied, it felt like they hadn’t even read my message. What’s the point of reaching out if I have to explain everything again? I ended up having to chase them for a proper response, which was frustrating.

From what I remember, DBG.org was easy to browse and I did come across a few things that caught my interest. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, and the site felt usable enough while I was looking around.

That said, looking back on it, I remember feeling like the selection was a little limited in certain areas. I was hoping for more variety or options for different tastes, so overall it landed somewhere in the middle for me.

Uh, I got billed the wrong amount twice, and support took forever to sort it out. It was really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll use them again...
